3. I have fine jewelry and would like some extra security in terms of packaging. Must I use my own packaging or will you supply me with extra packaging materials?
Our standard 123Gold Buyer Kit comes with a very heavy duty, DuPont Tyvek bag. While these bags will generally be enough for any item you wish to send us, if you have any concerns, please call us at 1-888-920-5111 and we can assist you in determining if you need additional packaging materials.

4. Is the 123Gold Buyer Kit insured in case it gets lost/damaged by the postal service?
As found in our Terms and Conditions, we insure each of our 123Gold Buyer Kits in case of lost items. The maximum value of the insurance is $80 US.'

5. How will I know when you've received my gold/jewelry?
After waiting 10 business days (allowing your gold or jewelry to reach us), we ask that you call our toll-free number and speak with a customer service representative. They will be able to determine if and when we received the 123Gold Buyer Kit from you and when we mailed your check.

6. How much will you pay for my gold?
Our prices depend on the content of the gold and the weight of the gold.

7. What if I am not satisfied with my payment?
If you are unhappy with your payment, do not worry. Simply return the check you received to us within 10 days and we will return your gold or jewelry, no questions asked.

8. Can I use my own packaging?
